The initiative aims to develop the TopAz service portal, optimizing and automating internal operations, and establishing comprehensive management and connectivity between the company’s internal systems, shipping lines, and affiliated agents.

This fragmentation and disconnection in information and communication between departments not only hampers employee productivity but also increases operational costs and negatively impacts customer experience.

During the project kickoff meeting, representatives from both parties discussed and agreed on the project roadmap, scope, and the roles of team members. They committed to delivering the project successfully and achieving the initial objectives.
