The initiative aims to develop the TopAz service portal, optimizing and automating internal operations, and establishing comprehensive management and connectivity between the company’s internal systems, shipping lines, and affiliated agents.

Additionally, internal reports are compiled and managed using Excel, leading to time-consuming data aggregation and processing. This fragmentation and disconnection in information and communication between departments not only hampers employee productivity but also increases operational costs and negatively impacts customer experience.

To address operational challenges while aligning with their business strategy, TOPAZ MARINE has chosen IRTECH as their partner for a comprehensive digital transformation project.
